Tim Waterhouse has been working in the IT industry since the mid-1980s. During this time he has used, developed, installed and supported a wide range of computer software, working with users within commercial organisations, from top management downwards.

Over the years it has become clear to Tim that what users want and need is software and systems that are simple to use, work in an effective manner, and require the minimum of training and maintenance.

Tim uses his programming and system development skills, along with his business management experience, to convert specific requirements into practical and cost-effective solutions.

From an Engineering background, Mike Mirams has worked in management since the 1970s, in manufacturing and service environments, in both operational and development roles. This has been as an employee with major companies and, since 1992, as an independent consultant.

He has extensive experience in the development and implementation of quality management and improvement programmes in the UK and abroad, and during the last ten years or so has specialised in Supply Chain Management. Mike has had some outstanding successes in developing and improving customer-supplier relationships and processes, especially in international supply chains.

A published author on quality management and a qualified trainer and lead auditor, Mike is often asked to speak at seminars and conferences world-wide.
